To be certified in our UNSCRIPTED methodology means that you'll be able to skillfully demonstrate all of our strategies and techniques directly to our professional trainers.

You will also be crafting your own customized "script book" for yourself. Using our UNSCRIPTED methods and techniques, you will develop your own unique phrases and approaches that come naturally and effortlessly to you, but are built on our proven methodologies.

You will have unshakeable confidence to engage in a sales conversation at any time, with any kind of lead, in any kind of situation.

This training is best for full time real estate agents who have been in the business at least 5 years and who are closing on average a minimum of 6 to 12 transactions per year. Also, it's best for agents who are investing in buying leads, or lead generation systems, or who have a large database and sphere of influence, or agents or on a team with access to a lot of leads.

One exception to this would be new or newer agents who are on a team and have access to a lot of leads. If that's you, this training would be a great fit. Note: if you are on a team, your team leader or broker has the option to pay up to 50% of the cost of the certification for you. Book a call to discuss it with us.

This training is not a fit for brand new or part time agents who don't have many leads at all. This lead conversion system works best if you have leads to convert.

The UNSCRIPTED Certification is $6,000 per student.

This allows us to teach you our full lead conversion system. From messaging all the way to commission and contract negotiations. This fee also allows us to commit extra time to progress sessions to ensure your skills are progressing toward passing the exams and obtaining certification.

Note: Results do and will vary between students. Your success is based on many factors, including your experience, skill set, mindset, work ethic, individual market conditions, and frankly, whether or not you do the work consistently over time.

It's our mission to help as many serious sales professionals as possible. To do that, we've come up with several ways you can go about investing in our training.

1. Pay in full, using a debit or credit card and access the training right away.

2. We accept payment through Klarna, a buy now, pay later 3rd party service. Klarna breaks up the payments into installments. You need to qualify with Klarna and they will give you the payment terms if you are approved. When you sign up for the certification, you can choose the Klarna icon at checkout and follow their instructions to apply. If you qualify for Klarna, they will pay us in full, and you can start right away.

3. A Layaway plan with us. If paying the full fee in one shot just isn't in the cards right now, you can make payments. Once you are paid in full, you can begin training. The minimum payment toward the tuition is $500. Terms and conditions apply. Book a call to get the details.

4. Your team leader, broker or even lender partner can help you afford the training. You can get up to 50% paid for you by someone else. You can even get that person to pay you back for your portion once you've completed the training and gotten certified. (Note: the maximum contribution you can receive from another person is 50%. We have found that the best results come from students who invest a minimum of $3,000 out of their own pockets...trust us)(ISAs are exempt from the 50% rule, ISAs may have the full amount of tuition paid on their behalf by their employer)
