What Do We Actually Do In the Certification?
You will attend live training classes on Zoom every week. The training classes are a combination of lesson and roleplay to develop the practical skills of applying our techniques.
In addition to the training classes, you will also attend progress sessions so we can make sure you are developing the skills you came to get.
Our curriculum is divided into basic and advanced skills. You'll begin with the basic classes. Once you feel comfortable with the basic skills, you can test out of them with an exam. If you pass that you will then be able to access our advanced classes. Once you are able to pass the final exam for the advanced skills, you'll be certified in the UNSCRIPTED method.
What result will I get?
To be certified in our UNSCRIPTED methodology means that you'll be able to skillfully demonstrate all of our strategies and techniques directly to our professional trainers.
You will also be crafting your own customized "script book" for yourself. Using our UNSCRIPTED methods and techniques, you will develop your own unique phrases and approaches that come naturally and effortlessly to you, but are built on our proven methodologies.
You will have unshakeable confidence to engage in a sales conversation at any time, with any kind of lead, in any kind of situation.
Is this right for me for where I'm at in my business?
This training is best for full time real estate agents who have been in the business at least 2 years and who are closing on average a minimum of 6 to 12 transactions per year. Also, it's best for agents who are investing in buying leads, or lead generation systems, or who have a large database and sphere of influence, or agents or on a team with access to a lot of leads.
One exception to this would be new or newer agents who are on a team and have access to a lot of leads. If that's you, this training would be a great fit.
This training is not a fit for brand new or part time agents who don't have many leads at all. This lead conversion system works best if you have leads to convert.
